Chief Investment Officer
Sarah joined Bluedog Capital Partners in August 2013 as the Company’s Investor Relations Specialist. She was promoted in 2021 to Director of Acquisitions and Investments and was named the Company’s first Chief Investment Officer in 2024. As CIO, Sarah’s expertise expands across a multitude of platforms. She is responsible for overall portfolio development strategies which includes all aspects of market research, analysis and execution of real estate investment and development opportunities, underwriting analysis, development, vendor and contractor coordination, the execution and management of investor communications and private capital liaison. Additionally, Sarah oversees the operation and growth of the Knoxville, TN satellite office.
Prior to joining Bluedog, Sarah worked as the Vice President of Customer Relations and Marketing Director for KM Wealth Management. During her tenure, she managed all internal and external communication including public relations and reporting as well as advertising and developing her passion for event coordination.
Sarah sits on the Company’s Executive Committee and is a vital piece of the growth at Bluedog. Her professional experience paired with her positive outlook, energy and loyalty occupies a strategic role within the Bluedog team.
