Kevin Maloof
Chief Financial Officer
Kevin joined Bluedog Capital Partners as the Director of Finance & Accounting in January 2018 and was named the Company’s first Chief Financial Officer in 2024. As CFO, Kevin oversees all aspects of Bluedog’s corporate financial strategies including reporting, asset management, tax compliance, information technology and human resources. He is also responsible for sourcing and maintaining financing opportunities and banking relationships across all of the Company’s investment platforms. In addition, Kevin works closely with the Company’s acquisitions and development arm – particularly during the underwriting and diligence process – as well as assisting with marketing campaigns and increasing the Company’s general exposure.
Prior to joining Bluedog, Kevin earned his undergraduate degree from Assumption University. He began working for a regional public accounting firm providing both audit and tax services to various real estate clients while simultaneously earning his Master of Science in Accounting degree from Northeastern University. From there, he went on to a national real estate management firm in Greater Boston where he led the SEC accounting and reporting process for a multi-billion dollar publicly traded REIT.
Kevin sits on the Company’s Executive Committee and brings a positive attitude and forward-looking mentality to the BCP office every day.
