Ideal for the borrower who needs to close quickly while working through conventional financing.
Fix & Flip.
Ideal for the borrower who is purchasing a property to rehab & sell quickly.
Construction.
Ideal for the borrower who is building new construction or doing extensive renovations. Funds are held in escrow and are disbursed pursuant to benchmarks being reach based on the construction budget provided prior to loan approval.
Refinance.
Ideal for the borrower who is looking to acquire capital by utilizing the existing equity in their property.

Interest Rates: Ranging from 9%-14%
Origination Fees: Ranging from 1%-4%
Loan Type: 1 to 2-year interest only, balloon loans
Lien Position—
Down Payments: 0%-30%*
Mortgage Position: First position secured
*Depends on the amount of equity available. Additional collateral can sometimes be accepted in lieu of a cash down payment.
