The Cargill Trust Building - Putnam, CT
The Cargill Trust Building is a repurposed bank building located in the heart of Downtown Putnam. It is currently home to The Complex, a performing arts studio which serves Putnam’s youth community. Upon acquisition, we completed renovations to restore the building’s historic charm. Renovations included gutting the entire building, replacing the roof & windows and installing an all new HVAC system. The photos below show the transition of the exterior and how new windows can make all the difference!

130 Main Street in downtown Putnam consists of six retail spaces, almost fully occupied by several unique and artistic small businesses. The second floor of this building overlooks the Putnam River Trail and has beautiful views of the small town.
One Custom House Street - Providence, RI
One Custom House Street is architecturally significant to Providence. Built in 1872, the building was one of the first structures to use a “cast iron” facade in Providence. It is now home to Bluedog Capital, along with additional office space and a restaurant/bar lounge on the first floor.
