Loan Portfolio Coordinator
Ashley joined Bluedog Capital Partners in October 2023 as a Loan Portfolio Coordinator. Ashley’s responsibilities primarily consist of coordinating loan transactions for our Lending Department including working with attorneys on procuring closing items, reviewing loan documents, drafting payoff letters and obtaining mortgage discharges. She also works directly with our borrowers on construction loans by reviewing construction budgets and construction draw requests, as well as maintaining up-to-date amortization schedules. Other duties include handling written communications such as loan renewal letters & closing letters.
Prior to joining Bluedog, Ashley had extensive experience in Residential Mortgage as a Mortgage Processor/Hybrid at Navigant Credit Union. Her duties included ordering all necessary supporting documentation, analyzing borrowers’ income, assets and debt, submitting a complete file to Underwriting for final approval, and reviewing all documents to ensure closing instructions are properly followed.
With 12 years of banking experience, Ashley is excited to assist the growth of Bluedog Capital Partners.
